  When I showed up today for walk in hours for my 2 year old, there was a sign on the door saying the walk in hours were cancelled for today and tomorrow. I decided to go in and ask (was feeling quite desperate in the moment because she was really unwell) and was asked if I had an appointment. As soon as I said no I received the automatic, "These other clinics would be able to help you...." Didn't even get a word in. Is this not a modern clinic? Informing patients the walk in clinic is closed with a sign on the door? Why not use the website and Facebook page to communicate the cancellation so patients don't waste their time? I would recommend ALWAYS calling before driving over there.

  I would like to thank the clinic especially Dr. Shannon Jiang for heeding. I felt understood and well-served although I'm just a walk-in patient. Very quick and proficient. Hats off!

  Dr. Krishna has been our family doctor for 5 years now & also supports the town as being the Team Doctor for the Stouffville Spirit. He is the most warm & compassionate Doctor I have ever met. I would highly recommend him as Family Doctor or for there Walk In Clinc.

  Dr.G.Krishna is very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Appts are run on time and ita booked appropriately to give adequate time instead of being rushed! Would highly recommend him and the staff at Orchid Medical.

  I love Dr.Mehta, and the fellow doctors and staff at Orchid Medical Centre. I recently moved back to the GTA and was so pleased to find a clinic that was able to accommodate my needs and schedule.
