  The arrangement was beautiful, the flowers fresh, and exactly like the picture. The lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely as well. The only reason for the 3 star review is the attitude of the gentleman, who delivered the flowers. He was very rude and unprofessional, which is disappointing as the flowers were meant to make a person happy (and in this case comfort the recipient after the loss of a loved one). Hope my experience was an exception.

  Kim and her staff have always been awesome to our family. We have been going to them for every occasion and just because bouquets. They even did our wedding which was beautiful. I had a specific idea for my bouquet that I couldn't description very well but they hit it bang on!
