  The process was cumbersome, confusing, and very disorganized. The office was hired to complete a sale as I sold my condo and required closing support. The lawyers did not complete the requirements by closing day. For example, the buyers did not get the keys for the unit a week after the closing date. The lock box location and combination code was not given to the buyer which resulted in confusion as they could not enter their new property and the lawyers did not know where the keys were located. The closing documents were not sent to me and my calls were not answered. If you are using this company, prepare to have a very stressful closing and that you will not get the required documents completed by closing. I am very grateful that I had a wonderful Realtor who stepped in to take over the Real Estate Lawyers position. In addition, they did not register the new buyer with the property management and thus I was still being billed for property maintenance fees that I had to cancel on my own accord. Terrible service-stay away!
